This is a very nostalgia anime~ and was the best in old times (it was out even earlier than my birthday!)
I was searching this anime at intenet and couldnt find it cuz i like this anime when i was 8-10 years old (was in air in TV but no more). At first i dont know the name... But i remembered its is police theme.

Its not available to watch stream from most anime streaming server (like animefreak.tv) but some does.

Old anime is old but very good one rather some newer anime (exception, graphics. i love cute and appearing eyes in newer anime)
